Hi,
I'm planning to resume my Tribal Fusion class the first week of December (December 5th). Since December is a relatively slow month, due to the holidays, I will definitely continue to teach on Wednesday nights from 7-8:15. If I receive a response as wonderful as the last session, I will also teach on Thursdays from 7-8:15. This session will be a total of three weeks and we will focus on variations of undulations, sidewinders, and shimmies. Please feel free to give me a call at 512-587-6968 or send me an e-mail at info@michellebellydance.com. I'll be posting a formal announcement soon.
Thanks!
Michelle

Re: Michelle's Tribal Fusion class
Tue, November 27, 2007 - 1:55 PMWhen: Wednesday and Thursday nights 7:00-8:15; classes begin on December 5th and December 6th.
Where: Lucila’s Dance Studio in South Austin located at 1700 South Lamar #316.
What to Wear: Comfortable clothing. Loose pants or yoga/stretch pants work well. Many find tank tops or snug shirts beneficial for seeing movement. Hip scarves are also a favorite addition for accentuation of hip movements.
These are just suggestions, please wear whatever makes you comfortable and offers good range of motion (jeans not recommended). I also recommend a yoga mat and plenty of water.
Description of Michelle’s Tribal Fusion classes: Class will begin with a warm-up which will include yoga-based stretches and conditioning exercises. The conditioning exercises will help one develop muscle-memory for the
isolations, which are common in this style of bellydance. The dance section of the class will introduce isolations, tribal arms, traveling steps, and combinations. Following the dance portion, there will be a short cool-down section.
Costs: $36 per one three week session: December 5th- 19th and December 6th- December 20th . If you plan to miss a class, please let me know at the time of payment so I can pro-rate the session.
Drop-in rate: $15
Contact: Michelle Sefcik at (512)-587-6968, info@michellebellydance.com, or Lucila’s Dance Studio at 512-416-8800.
Thanks!
